7-10 working days after the cancellation date.
If a learner wishes to cancel a booking after payment, he or she must notify the team Tarsheed of the cancellation at least one day before the scheduled start date of the course, and the learner will be refunded the full amount within 7-10 working days of notification of cancellation. For cancellation notifications, please contact [email protected] or phone the key account managers listed on the website.
If the learner has problems with the schedule, date, time, or any other topic indicated by the learner, the student must tell Tarsheed's key account managers or other relevant support professionals within two days of the course's start. Team Tarsheed will attempt to compensate for this with more batches or more convenient methods. If this cannot be remedied, Team Tarsheed will reimburse 80% of the learner's payment within 7-10 working days of receiving the information.
If the course begins more than two days late, there will be no return policy in effect.
